| Software Returns |
No refunds for karaoke software due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws.
Defective discs may be exchanged for the same exact disc for up to 14 days after the purchase. If it is after 14 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
If you believe you have a defective disc, ship it back to us using a trackable carrier (i.e. UPS) for evaluation (since your hardware may be defective). If we verify that it is indeed defective, we will credit your shipping and send a working one to you (if it is in stock, if not then we will credit your credit card), otherwise we will return your disc to you and recommend that your hardware be serviced.
This applies to the following software media: CD, CD+G, Video CD (VCD), DVD, and Laser Disc (LD).

| Hardware & Accessories Returns |
Karaoke players, mixers, portable machines, and other merchandise, are not returnable nor refundable.
For defective karaoke hardware, and accessories they will be exchanged for identical ones for up to 14 days after purchase. If it is after 14 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (we recommend using a trackable carrier i.e. UPS) and we are responsible for shipping them back to you (since it is the fault of the manufacturer).
